The mill are guaranteed to offer extra crushing as to the conventional Five / Six Roller Mills. These super Structured Five / Six Roller Mills are an attractive proposition for replacement of existing mills or old head stocks, since custom built designs are offered to suit existing foundations. These mills could also be offered in "SELF SETTING" designs.

Although TRPF / GRPF milling system increases the crushing capacity, it is experienced that conventional TRPF / GRPF technology, which is developed abroad, is not convenient in India. Since it requires extensive modifications in the foundations, drives, gearing. It also has long pressure chute, which results in larger contact angle and uneven mill feeding.

We have developed SSTRPF / SSGRPF System, (Short Space Toothed Roller Pressure Feeder) which has removed all the drawbacks in the imported technologies. It provides smaller contact angle, reduced length of pressure chute, economic power consumption and better mill feeding, which gives increased crushing rate and better juice extraction.

Conversion from 3 roller to 5 roller mill with SSTRPF or SSGRPF is done with minimum work of shifting, drive gearing and the foundation changes.

We, has done 150 such conversions of existing Three Roller Mills into Five / Six Roller Mills, so far.

The Sugar factories with SSTRPF fitted by SS Engineers, on 30" × 60" common Drive Mill Tandem has achieved a crush rate of over 4500 TCD @ 15% fibre, which os the highest in India with RME above 96%.

We are a pioneer in establishing the Fourth Roller concept in India.

The Fourth Roller is nothing but the improved traditional Under Feed Roller. Here the Roller Diameter is equal to or more than the mill roller.

Existing Three Roller Mill can be easily converted into Four Roller Mill by installing the Fourth Roller designed by us. This installation increases crushing capacities of existing Three Roller Mills quit significantly.

Already we have converted more than 200 such Three Roller Mills into Four Roller Mills of various sizes.

The 30" × 60" size mill roller tandems have achieved a crushing rates over 3500 TCD with our Fourth Rollers.

Swing Hammer; Semi Circular; Pocketed Anvil Fibrizers - Heavy Duty

Cane preparation is the key to reduce milling losses.

Earlier fibrizer had 32 nos. fixed hammers and 90º anvil, for a 30" × 60" milling tandem which gave cane preparation index of 75.

Today, for the same tandem, with improved S.S. Fibrizer having swing hammers, pocketed anvil and high speed drive, delivers cane of preparation index of above 85.

Critical placement of rotor & carrier shaft provides maximum grating arc, while rightly positioned self balancing discs & hammers do not leave uncut cane piece. SS Fibrizer can easily be installed on existing can carrier. This is advantageous as against the trouble prone shredders, which results in to uneven can feeding.
