Uptill now we have supplied around 50 Turbines back pressure
with woodwork 505 Governing system and AVRS suitable for grid
paralleling. We have very good relation with turbogenerator
manufacturers as we regularly use them in our projects. We can
supply indigenous / imported turbo sets along with sugar on
turn key basis.
These include turbines operating from 21 Kg/cm² steam
pressure to 105 Kg/cm² pressure & capacities ranging
from 1 MW to 30 MW to suit captive consumption as well as
co-generation needs.

We have supplied the electrical systems
consisting of electrical equipment of turbo generating set.
These includes Generator, Relay metering panel, NGR &
LAVT panels, Synchronizing panels (suitable for Grid paralleling),
Step down distribution transformers, Generator transformers.
Plant substation equipment suitable for 33 KV / 110 KV / 132
KV systems, 33 KV / 110 KV / 132 KV transmission line and
electrical equipments such CT / PT / LA / TVM for import /
export power measurement at substation from where power is
exported.

STRUCTURED MILLS (FIVE / SIX ROLLER INTEGRATED) (PANENED MILL)
The super structured Mill designed by us, is an answer to the problems of existing Five /
Six Roller Mill designs offered by other mill manufacturers.
The disadvantages of long pressure chutes, large contact angles
and complicated construction, which result into low efficiencies
, more power requirement, low efficiencies, more power requirement,
operational and maintenance problems of the mill, are well
taken care off, in our Super Structured Mills.
